使用 Ballet Journal 需要注册账号吗？

不需要。Ballet Journal 的正常使用不需要账号。

我的课程记录保存在哪里？

课程记录、心得、照片、视频、成就和设置默认保存在你的设备本地。 目前没有账号系统或云端恢复功能。删除 App 可能会同时删除其中的本地数据。

可以导出日记吗？

可以。你可以在设置中把日记文字与记录信息导出为易读的 Markdown 文件， 并通过 Apple 的系统文件选择器保存到你选择的位置。

为了让导出文件保持小巧、易读，照片和视频文件本身不会包含在 Markdown 中； 导出内容只会列出附件文件名。

App 会上传我的日记、照片或视频吗？

不会把日记文字、课程名称、练习日期、照片、视频或导出文件作为分析数据上传。 完整的数据处理说明请查看 隐私政策。

如何保护我的日记？

你可以在设置中开启可选的 App 锁，使用 Face ID、Touch ID 或设备密码进行认证。 Ballet Journal 不会接收或保存你的生物识别数据。

如何删除记录？

可以在 App 内删除不再需要的课程记录。若删除整个 App，本地保存的数据也可能被删除； 当前版本不提供账号恢复。

Do I need an account?

No. Normal use of Ballet Journal does not require an account.

Where is my journal stored?

Class records, reflections, photos, videos, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device by default. There is currently no account-based or cloud recovery. Deleting the app may also delete its local data.

Can I export my journal?

Yes. You can export journal text and record information as a readable Markdown file and save it to a location you choose through Apple's system file picker.

Photos and videos are not included in the Markdown export. Attachment filenames are listed so the export remains small and readable.

Does the app upload my journal, photos, or videos?

Journal text, class names, practice dates, photos, videos, and exported files are not uploaded as analytics. See the Privacy Policy for complete details.

How can I protect my journal?

You can enable the optional app lock in Settings and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Ballet Journal does not receive or store your biometric data.

How do I delete a record?

You can delete records you no longer need inside the app. If you delete the entire app, locally stored data may also be deleted; the current version does not provide account-based recovery.
